What do you mean by "doesn't work" ... not very explanatory.

So ... does it not do anything when you change the controls, does it not get applied on export, what?

One thing by the way ... if the Global FX Mute icon is toggled 'on' in the Program monitor, that turns off all effects, including color. So check that first of course.

Hello Neil and thank you so much. Sorry my english is bad.

Of course the problem is not the Global FX mute icon.

When I move the sliders in Lumetri color, nothing is applied on the image, in the video program.

So like you say it not do anything when you change the controls.

I tried with the Effect Panel and for example the Gaussian blur and the other effect doesn't work too. So nothing in Lumetri color and the effect control on the top of Premiere.

I installed the software again, which I had already done many times. But this time I was lucky, it worked. Thank you so much. I cannot explain what has changed.

Thanks again.
