Except for the curve in lumetri color which can be used normally, others like basic correction and creative will be very slow to use.

Not enough information to even suggest anything.
We need OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/vRAM, GPU driver, the number.number version of Premiere (24.3.0?) the type of media used, any other effects used, and what drive types/sizes connected by ... how? ... external/internaln... are used.
