Mémoire système insuffisante - Premiere Pro

Bonjour,

Informations système et logiciel :

- Windows 11 Professionnel 64 bits, version 22H2

- Processeur : 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900F @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

- Carte graphique : Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060

- Mémoire RAM : 32 Go

- Version Premiere Pro : 24.0.3

Lorsque j'ouvre un projet en cours, des messages d'erreurs s'affichent pour chaque prévisualisation de vidéos qui charge : "a low level exception occurred in importermpeg".
Ensuite, le logiciel affiche le message d'erreur suivant : "Mémoire système insuffisante. Enregistrez vos fichiers et soyez vigilants".
Puis, le logiciel crash.

J'ai mis à jour les pilotes de ma carte graphique, j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé Premiere Pro, j'ai réinstallé les anciennes versions. Tout ça ne change rien à mon problème.

Avez-vous des solutions à me proposer s'il vous plait ?

Is this with long-GOP media mostly? Lke H.264/5 or "HEVC" ... AVCHD, or Sony log? As those tend to all be long-GOP.

As if it is, then ... your CPU doesn't have the Intel QuickSync hardware included. Which means that heavy load is all going onto the CPU, and ... especially ... if your clips include UHD and up framesizes, the load is simply swamping the combined RAM/cache system on the computer.
