Mac Studio Crashing during MP4 export

We've been having issues exporting mp4 files from the Adobe Creative Cloud.  The machine we're using is the new Mac Studio with Ventura.  Everytime we export a sequence to H264 .mp4 to our server, the progress bar freezes for a few seconds when it hits 100%.  A pink screen then pops up and the machine crashes.  The same issue happens in Media Encoder and After Effects.  When we export to Apple Pro Res 422 or MXF, there is no issue.  Has anyone encountered this problem and if so, what is a good solution?
