Why am I getting a green program panel after Premiere Pro 23 update?

We're sorry to hear about this. Let us know the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, have you tried switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only to check if it's restoring the preview?

Update Windows.

Then, if NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
