Sometimes I get missing files in my sequences but they are fine without the missing file. Is there a way to not get the "Media offline" message and just something like a black screen or an emediate cut to the next findable frame?

Are you sure the files are there when you get "Media offline" message?

When you get media offline, try right-click on missing clip in the Project panel and choose "Reveal in Explorer/Finder" and check if the file will be properly selected.

That wasnt the question I know the files are not there they are often something like 3 frames missing because of a render in Blender 3D and I want it not to display the message but either continue skipping the frames or display a black screen.
