Make video look like a drawing in Premiere Pro

Hi Adobe Premiere Pro users. The Lensa app, and the drawing effect for video. Can i with Premiere Pro make any effect like this? Make video look like a drawing.

Thanks Peru, i had hoped for somthing better, it seems Lensa app has come much further than Adobe in this area 😉
