Making adjustments to effects

I cant adjust any effect using the moues on my timeline or in the effect control panel, how do i fix this? Ps: only way it let me change the values on the effect by clicking on it and type in a number value or using the up and down arrows on the keyboard

Hi umc1987,

We're sorry about your poor experience. Could you please confirm the version of Premiere Pro & the OS that you are using? Also, have you tried clicking & dragging over the effect parameters to see if it changes the values?

I just tried it on both 25.2.1 and 25.3 build 57 and for me it works as normal. Give us some info on your system: 

I'm on Win11 24H2
