Masks stopped working correctly for me!

Hi All,

I have been using Premier for some time, and masking without issues. All of a sudden all of my masks have gone weird and extend past my mask boarders. Even when feathering is turned to 0. I have no adjustment layers and its just a normal mask on a PNG image. I have attached a image of the situation below.

Any help would be amazing.
