With the Lumetri panel open, I'm able to make adjustments to the invididual clip, but not the master clip. The Master Clip tab is greyed out. Source sequence is a multi-cam that has been auto-transcribed. That's the only thing I can imagine is different about the sequence I'm working on.
If I go to the Effects Panel, the Source panel is similarly greyed out an inaccessible.
PP 22.0.0 on 2017 iMac Pro running OS 11.6
Source tab is grayed out on a multicam, as internally it's a sequence not a clip.
You can go to the individual clips of that multicam from the Project panel, and open them in the Source monitor, then use the Lumetri panel and the Source tab. It will be applied to all instances in the project, so it will change that clip in the multicam sequence.

Multicams are intriguing. They're a sequence, until they're more like a clip ... but not totally like a clip ... sigh.
