matching colour between two clips

Hey everyone, 

I need to match the color of these two maps, see attached. As you can see, they come from different sources, it's an interactive map of eastern Ukraine. i need to match the blue and the red between the two maps so they look the same. I know a little bit about the HSL secondary tab, but i don't know how to literally change the colour to match it to a different clip.

Hi Fin dePencier,

Sorry about that. I didn't have much luck with the HSL secondary. I tried a couple of copies of the Change Color effect. Would this work? You might have a better look by adjusting these images in Photoshop.
