Matching Duration of Still Images with video clips

Hi, I'm basically putting still images on top of clips in the timeline. Different video clips each has it's own still image that goes on top of it, it's a png that works like an overlay basically so it provides info about whatever is shown in the video clip. Problem is I have many clips and matching the still image duration with the clip duration underneath it manually takes me a very VERY long time. I was wondering if there is an automated way to do this inside of PP or if you can think of a clever way around it?

If they were all the same duration no problem but as they are all different...alas.

If the images are premade and sitting in the project window you can select them all, drop them in the timeline and adjust with the rolling edit tool.
