may I know what happen occur, this video format is h265 main10 L5.1 and I had install hevc extension on my windows as well, the file is .mp4 and will have this problem but once I change the mp4 to mpeg, it's become normal again

You do not need to install the extention. Hevc is build in.

Make sure your graphic card is up to date.

Uncheck hardware decoding in the Preferences (media) See if that will help.
