I was using the noise plugin when the warning came. So i was not exporting anything.
Footage is 4k 10bit 23.976fps bt i do not think it would matter what the footage type was in this case.
I do not have an option for cuda or opencl. I do not even have Metal.

Is there any way to reinstall graphic card driver?

it is a default Premiere Pro plugin. It seem that the more i do the more it happens. Yesterday i could use Arithmatic filter.

BOOOOOOM!! ... That did it. I guess its better to make your own glitch than to use a filter. You called that one.
