Media bins disappeared in project after Premiere update

Hello! I created a project with various bins containing rushes, selects, etc.

I spent ages getting all my selects, and today when I opened the project file it said that Premiere Pro had updated and that it needed to create a new version of the project. No sweat. However, it's an empty project with no bins or media or anything in it at all. Is there a way to salvage this?!

Thank you. 🙂
