Media Browser does not show thumbs

Media Browser does not show thumbs of video files ( R3D - Red Camera Files).

It used to work very well. I could visualize all files in the Media Browser File, so I could choose and import. Now I have to click on each one to see what is in the file.

Is anyone having this  same problem? ( Working with a 2024 MacbookPro and Premiere Pro 2024)
