Media Browser refresh not working?

It seems now, in 24.1.0, the Media Browser panel is not automatically refreshing when I have a filename search string entered into the Media Browser panel and move a new file into the project's folder. It will refresh the search results if and when I manually refresh the media browser; but if I currently have search string entered and move a new file (that matches the search string) into the project folder, the search results do not automatically refresh as they used to.   Anyone else noticing this?

Thank you for reaching out. Are you still noticing this issue? Have you already tried deleting cache files and resetting preferences?
