Media Cache Setting default to setting I don't want

New Here ,

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue at work. I have 10 editing stations with Premier Pro 24.6.3

In our Media Cache setting we choose "Automatically delete cache files older than : [90] days".

But sometime, unprovocked, Premier Pro set to default to "Automatically delete old cache files when cache exceeds : [93] Go"

I dont know why its doing that, and its a real issues because it delete cache files we wanna keep.

I was wondering if some of you had the same issue.

Thanks.

Hi Sébastien30019096q582,

We're sorry about the poor experience. We're currently investigating a similar issue with media cache preferences. For testing purposes, have you tried the newer version of Premiere Pro to see if it's working properly?

Thanks,

Sumeet
