Media keeps unlinking on Premiere Teams with Lucid Link

Hi, I've been using LucidLink for a Premiere Teams project, and the files keep unlinking in the middle of editing. I initally experienced this issue with the imported footage, but then I restarted and they've somehow remained put. However, since then, I've imported an audio file that spontaneously unlinks about every 10 minutes, and I have to relink it manually each time. I've restarted the program in hopes that it would stay linked like the footage did, but no such luck. I've checked my internet connection, it's not that. I checked my RAM and storage, it's not that either. I am at my wits end. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @georgina_4556,

Welcome to the forum. I appreciate the question you asked. I wonder if @R Neil Haugen might have seen this issue in the past. He uses the Lucid Link service. Hopefully, we can figure out what's going on there as soon as possible. Sorry for the hassle.

Thanks,
Kevin

Have you tried "pinning" that fike in your LucidLink virtual drive? That actually downloads the file and uses it from local storage.

If that fixes the problem, try deleting and reimport of the file into Premiere. And try working from the virtual drive again.
