Media Still Missing After Premier Says It Found It?

So, I'm new to Premiere and I didn't practice good file management.  I'm freaking out because a project that I put months of work into now won't load no matter what I do.

I get an all media offline message upon opening.  Whenever I do what the Youtube vids tell me to do to fix this, it APPEARS to relink all the media, but all of my clips on the timeline remain red media missing clips.

What I mean is, I do the locate thing in the media browser.  I point premier to where all that stuff is.  Premier scans things and then puts checkmarks next to all the missing media, indicating that it has now found that media.  But nothing changes on my actual timeline.  On the timeline all of the clips are still red "missing media" clips.

What am I doing wrong?

Weird, did you change versions since you last opened it? That could be a problem. I'd consider opening a new project, importing that one and then trying to relink maybe?
