Mercury GPU Graphics Card is Greyed Out and My Video Clips are All Black Screen (Mac Os)

The title says it all. How can I fix this and I do not want to start over 10 hours worth of work. Some video clips are there while others are not (80%)

Which Mac are you using?

 

If one of those that use Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3 series), then Premiere Pro is permanently locked to the Metal GPU acceleration mode. You must queue your timeline to Media Encoder in order to even be able to select Software Only mode (and that selection is done within Media Encoder, not from Premiere).
