Hi all,

When I change my renderer setting to Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) it crash's my PC and black screens my monitors. When switching to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only this problem never happens, however, some of the larger motion graphics don't render properly and are out of sync (the text apears before the shapes). Has anyone hads a similar problem to this or know how to fix it. I can provide more informaiton / screenshots if needed.

Thank you 🙂

We'd need your computer OS/hardware details, including GPU and driver version, before being able to answer. Premiere does put a large demand on GPUs and needs fairly new gear there for good working experiences.
