Meu premiere não inicia

Eu estou tentando abrir o aplicativo mas toda vez que eu tento inicia-lo ele abre até a parte de carregamento inicial e fecha automaticamente, não inicia de forma nenhuma, ja tentei fazer tudo que o suporte pediu
