j'utilise adobe première pro mon entreprise m'a prolongé ma licence mais je n'ai pas accès aux nouvelles fonctionnalités de la nouvelle version d'abode. je ne parviens pas à mettre à jour ma version qui date de 2020

If you are working in a large company, you might have to consult with the IT department there. They are the ones that might install the French language packs. Could that be the case? Let us know what IT on your end says.

Bonjour, oui c'est un abonnement d'entreprise. j'ai réussi à mettre  j'ai le module linguitique français mais lorsque je lance la fonctionnalité il ya un message d'erreur ci dessous. Since you are an enterprise customer can you setup an expert session through your Admin console? Click the Support tab and request a session - an Adobe engineer can remote into your machine and help you directly.
