Missing Font dialogue box in Premiere

This dialogue window opens evertime I open premiere.  I can't figure out which text file or essential graphic text is using this font and I can't seem to get the font to install.  Is there a work around to clear this dialogue so it doesn't prompt everytime I open Premiere?

Hi I'm not seeing a way to contact "video queue" all I see is virtual assistant.
