Missing Project Not In Autosave folder - Premier Pro

Hi everyone,

I have lost a project in premier pro. I have checked my autosave folder and it is not there. I have searched through all of my .prproj files and it is not there either

The only place I can find reminents of this project is in my Captured Video and Captured Audio folders. I am not sure what these folders do or why the project is in there. 

Can someone help me restore this project?
