Mixing Framerates problem

I am unable to mix clips with different framerates on my sequence

 

As you can see from the first image (pls see the 2 pix I have embeded in this post) I have two clips

One in 29.97 fps and the other in 59.94 fps. And I am unable to combine them within the same sequence.

 

Here is what I do:

 

I dragged A0001.MP4 onto the timeline and it created a sequence A0001 in 29.97 fps. When I drag the other clip C0005.MP4 that has a framerate of 59.94 Premiere does not allow me to do that. 

 

The cursor is turning into the symbol as seen in the 2nd image I attached to this post.

 

Am I missing something obvious.
PLS HELP.

LATEST

The most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor. Then drag/insert into timeline.
