modified video dection

hi guys , i have a court case and need help , they gave me a axon video from a local officer , problem is they changed the audo and a good part of the 1st 4 minutes of it with another video from a previous visit to my back door and they wont let us have it , what program can i use to prove they modified evidence against me ?? tried premiere pro using the scene edit detection but it said there was 26 sub videos not where i know it was modified at , hope someone can help ,thanks
