MOGRT cannot be installed despite having the latest version of Premiere Pro

Hello, unfortunately, I am unable to install my essentials graphics (.mogrt) into Premiere Pro. An error message appears stating that I need the latest version of PP, even though I already have the latest one.

Where was the mogrt created?

Version 23.5.0 (Build 56)

We use the mogrt as an internal template for my company's social media channel. None of my colleagues have any issues installing it except for me.

Will it open in After Effects?

If so, try saving it to a new name and see if Premiere Pro will import it.
