Mogrt photo flickering

Hello, I wish to echo an issue Im consistently seeing accross forums. I maintain a template library for a large news production, and this issue has been been a big burden on our team.

Very often, when using the replace media function to place photos into mogrts, a flicker happens. We have tried many work arounds mentioned mentioned in forums, but none consistently work. The only things we have not tried is switching to software rendering, or adding an adjustment layer with Lumitri color on top.

Our team universally uses apple silicone, and are all on Premiere pro 24.6.5. Every team member who has made a mogrt is on after effects 24.6.3.

Is there a workflow, with a specific mogrt, that shows the problem, in a specific AE version, every time? I am most inclined to test to see if I can replicate or not. And this is an essential step for staff who are trying to confirm a bug.

Is the flicker only apparent on export?

I picked the first Reddit link, and it did not help me.
