Monterey 12.7.6 system needs a legacy version of Premiere Pro.

Older system is maxed out at Monerey 12.7.6
It got wiped and is put back onto use.
CC only says "not compatable" but will not show older versions.

Could try support, but I doubt if they be of any help.
