MophCut is restricting access to Premiere

I have an SEQ that I have cut, and I used ultraKey. I accidentally applied it directly to the clip in PrPro, and it crashed. I cannot re-open this project because it goes straight to the crash report and closes. 
So, I opened the same project in PrPro(beta). It removed the morphCut, so I just nested every and then reapplied Morphcut. Now, neither Premiere can open that project. 

1. Why ?
2. Does Premiere have a safe mode? 
3. Is there a way of getting the XML even if I did not export one?

I found the safe mode and got it back. Sorry for posting so quickly.  Safe mode only allows me to remove it.

YEP. I can't use morphcut in this SEQ. It keeps crashing my system no matter how it is applied to a clip with alpha.
