I can't import or work on any .morgt that have "Requirements After Effects" even if I have After Effect installed as a trial.

Can you help me please?

Here is the message I get:

And as you can see I have After Effect:Screenshot 2021-07-13 at 12.14.39.png

I use Premiere 15.2.0.

Thanks for your help

I have installed it but yes you are right I didn't buy it and my trial time is over. But to use a .morgt in Premiere we don't need to buy After Effects just have it installed even if the trial time is over.

I am not so sure, to me it looks like you need a working Ae either in a subscription or a trial that is not expired.

Error message is quite clear on that.

No luckly we don't need to have a paid version of Ae to have the .morgt work in Premiere.
But I just checked on my other Mac, that also doesn't have a paid version of Ae, and the dot is green saying "up to date" (not red "trial expired").

Still not resovled... please can Adobe help here?
I have to buy every 5 days Aftereffects. I buy it then cancel my order and then rebuy... I just need the .morgt files to work in Premiere with a trial version of Ae installed. It worked perfectly all these years.

Thanks

I have already. I was about 6h on the chat speaking to 4 different people.

They unfortunately couldn't find a solution, they said they would check with someone and let me know. But I have no news since so I keep buying/canceling/buying/... Ae.
