Motion Graphics Templates Import Error

Trying to download a mogrt file from the adobe stock that I have access to(I'm editing as a student through a premium school account which gives me access to premium templates), but am always met with an error message that reads: An error occured during the download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again. I've read online that other people have had this problem all the way back in 2021 could have not been able to find a solution to it. There is no way the stock servers have been down that long right? What can I do?
