Motion Graphics templete import error 2023 Premiere Pro

When i want the use free templetes on adobe i will see this error warning. I am new for premiere pro. How can i fix this?

Hey Kevin, thanks for checking this situation. Actually i didnt understand what url i used to be. I just want to use adobe stock templetes. Like travel title, prism rotation title...
