Moving Transitions to Different Parts of the Screen - CS6 or PPCC 2018 or 2019

I am wondering if and how it is possible to reposition a Transition (in partitical and Inset Wipe) from the Center position of the screen (Default) to the Bottom Right of the Screen.  Thank you!
