HI,
I'm brand new to Premiere Pro and just completed my first video. This video included several mp4 clips of tape peeling (which I made in AE). When I watch my video in Premiere Pro, the clips run perfectly, and the tape peels off the screen on cue. However, after exporting the video, the tape peel element is missing altogether.
Every other piece of B roll works fine and other than the tape peel missing, everything went well.
Can anyone advise why these tape peel clips might not be included in the final video?
Out of interest, the peel clips appear on a number of different video tracks, so it isn't like PP didn't export track V8 for some reason
Help is appreciated. Richard
Hi Kevin. Thank you for taking the time to reply. After spending some time yesterday trying to work out what the issue might be, it seems I exported my first video in UHD. I tried exporting it again in HD and everything came out perfectly.
As a new user, I have no doubt this can be chalked down to inexperience and I look forward to getting better over time.
All the best. Richard.

I read your note. Rather strange. What format are the video clips? You may want to transcode them if they were shot on a mobile device. Can you also check the timeline and make sure that all the Toggle Track Output buttons (the eyeballs) enabled? Let us know.
Thanks,
Kevin
