MPEG-2 File issue

Have 6 PC's - Use export MPEG-2 (HD-1080i 29.97 Broadcast) to our older Grass Valley video server.

It's the only file type it will accept. 

Having an issue related to file compatability with versions of Premiere.

The 3 machines on Premiere V23.0 Build 63 work great. Files flow fine to allow playback on the server.

2 Machines are on 23.1 Build 86 and 1 machine is on V23.2 Build 69. Files exported from these machines don't seem to be compadable with our video server. They will not import or playback.

Compared the files with Media Info but not seeing any differences with the MPEG-2 files. Also tried Media Encoder. Older version(23.0) works fine newer versions(23.1 & 23.2) do not. Exported the MPEG-2 setting from the older software to the newest, no luck.

Any ideas?
