Multi-Cam Sequence with Clips with different Frame Rates

I'm editing an interview, where the A-Cam was filmed at 23.976 and the B-Cam was accidentally filmed at 24fps. Obviously when you sync these, there's a drift. I've attempted to change the "interpret footage," so that both cams are at 23.976, but there is still a drift. These are Arri RAW MXF files. Any suggestions? Thanks.

First, probably try the Speed/Duration effect. Might work better.

An acquaintance was just through the same thing, and ended up throwing the 24fps clip on a sequence, exporting to 23.976, was I think the process. Then using that for his project.
