I have a multicam with 4 audiotracks. When I play these tracks on my timeline on tracks 1 to 4, the playback is as it should be. When I move this audio to tracks 5 to 8 in the same timeline, there is no sound. The audio track mixer also doesn't show any audio on these tracks. What am I missing here?

Hi @Maarten Vandecasteele - Can you please post a screenshot of your audio hardware settings. Is your sequence audio setup set to "Stereo"?

Hi Jaimie, output on the sequence is 1 stereo track. You can see that in de video I posted. There are other audioclips on tracks 5 to 8 in the same sequence, this audio does play as expected. The audio that doesn't play is form the multicam, when we flatten the audio in the sequence, the audio does play on tracks 5 to 8.

Hi @Maarten Vandecasteele - It looks like there is a conflict with your audio devices. Under Output Mapping can you set Map output for to "Adobe Desktop Audio". Then try setting your Default Input to your computer speakers. Let us know if any of these things help

Can you right click on your multicam and choose open in timeline, then send a screenshot of your audio track mixer. It seems some channelization might be to blame

Hi @Maarten Vandecasteele - on your tracks 3 and 4 can you change the Track Output Channel Assignment to 1-2. If you are working with mono clips then you can set the L-R mixer to 0.0 or center. Let us know if that helps.

When the editor changes the track output assignment of track 3-4 to 1-2, he does not have the 4 individual tracks (with 4 different audio clips) of the multicam anymore. That would be less convenient during editing. However he tried you suggestion, but the audio still doesn't play when the multicam audiotracks are on track 5-8 in the sequence. There is sound when placing the clips on tracks 1-4. When you look at the video I posted when I first reported this issue, you can see that when placing the audio on tracks 5-8 nothing is shown in the trackmixer. But you can see wave forms in the timeline.

Can you send me one of the multicam clips with media that you are having issues. Also, send the project to jamiec@adobe.com so that I can take a look?
