multicam is super choppy and its get weird

I use often multicam. always with 3 o 6 videos. shorts 1-2 minutes long. mp4, 50fps. 50mbps.

since last couple of updates, the multicam is crazy. if i use it and play the secuence, maybe it get stuck on play and all the program is lost. must close, lose my work and start from previus save point. or is very very choppy.

i wait a fix for this but is not fixed or repply here in the forums.

i got a 3060, 12gbVram 32GB video, I7 9nine gen... SSD i dont know what i doing wrong...

using proxies didnt solve the problem...

help me obi wan kenobi. i dont wanna switch to davinci
