MXF export issue

Hello,

Everytime I export MXF, it runs into an error. 

And it explains nothing but only this:

Can anyone gives me some advice to fix it?

Hey, Have you installed Adobe Media Encoder? is that your applications are compatble.?

Can you try this > Clear the media cache files and reset the Preference.

Restart your system and then try again. let us know if its work.

Yes, I've installed Adobe Media Encoder, and just updated it to the newest version. also updated Premiere to the newest version, too.

And I deleted all media cache and restarted my mac, but my exporting still goes wrong.

Is there any advice for me to solve this situation? thank you very much.

Hey can you share your export setting Screenshoot? which file format media you import in Project? Are you try to send media to Media Encoder? can you share more info?

I wasn't try to send media to Media Encoder, the error happened in Premiere Pro.

Hey, i try export media using your export setting but there is no issue.

can you try to export using H.264 file format or change the export location?

If its not work click on the Send to Media Encoder button in export mode and export your media in Media Encoder.

I tried export using H.264 file format, and it worked.

but the MXF file format exporting still went wrong,

and I tried send to Media Encoder to export it, but it's still disable.

Hi, Eric as the error mesage shown in Media Encoder there is something wrong with your Audio Channel setting.

Go to your Sequence setting and change the "Number of Channels to 4" or do something that match the audio channels stereo.
