My app keeps crashing after launch.

Ever since I updated premier pro to the newest version, the app has had so many issues. 

I tried to load in a rather large project initially that I had been working on but it kept crashing my actual computer. I've tried loading back to an older version of the app and tried un-installing and clearing my media cache but nothing seems to work. 

I then tried to create an entirely new project. When I click on a new project the app crashes. 

Any support would be appreciated. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to have these errors on a paid app. I've not been able to use it for nearly a month now! 

Computer specs 

- I'm running the latest version of MacOS

- Processor 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core

- Graphics Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

- 16gb Ram

Sorry to hear this. We definitely don't want Premiere crashing on people, especially not persistently right after updating. Can you tell us what version of Pr you updated to and what other versions you have seen this on?

It's on the latest versions 23.4 and 23.3 

I initially noticed this problem when I liked proxies to original video files. This caused a crash. Since then, I cannot start a new project without the app crashing. I figured this could be because I updated to the new version. So I tried on the previous (23.3) but i have the same issues. In addition to crashing upon creating a new project, loading in existing ones crashes my computer as well. 

I've cleared the media cache and even re-installed the app again. However, this issue persists. 

I've not had any issues like this before and the app is completely unusable at the moment.
