My audio is garbled after I export it

I'm trying to make one song sound like a choir, and I used the Chorus effect to do this. The audio sounds beautiful in Premiere Pro, but it sounds garbled and distorted when I export it. I've tried exporting it in lots of different ways, only to yield the same result. Can someone help me?

Oh, well I figured out a solution. All I had to do was lower the decibal levels. I'm gonna delete this post soon.
