I have a 2300€ computer that it's just two years old and a month ago something weird started happening, this is my computer
Intel Core i7-10700K
Nvidia Geforce RTX 3070 8GB
16 GB DDR4
I can provide more info if needed
My problem is that basically every time I try to export a "big" project, something slightly complex but not that much, a 12 minute video with just some cuts and edits with maybe a black and white effect in some clips and that's it (some projects are bigger and some are smaller and this keeps happening) it doesn't matter if I export it on Premiere, After Effects or Media Encoder, the computer completely crashes, like the screen gets frozen and the only thing I'm able to do is turn off the computer, this is how my computer is running when some of the crashes happen, nothing seems like it's on the limit (see attached image)
I already contacted Adobe Support and a tried a few techniques like deleting all plugins, uninstalling and reinstalling all adobe programs, deleted preferences, deleted cache, GPU drivers are updated, even I granted access to an Adobe technician that spent over 3 hours trying to find a solution but the videos always crashed my computer, in those three hours maybe I crashed and restarted over 20 times, always with the technician trying different things on the Adobe programs and on my computer, the session ended without a solution and then I had to go out in a vacation but i'm honestly pretty concerned about this, 100% of my income comes for being a freelancer and I got a lot of client work and this is making me lose a lot of time, I don't know what's happening, this computer worked well for over 2 years and now this is happening, meanwhile I can play games like Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 with pretty high settings for hours without a problem, I can work with Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine 5 in massive projects and the computer works well, the problem it's mainly when I try to export anything in Adobe programs, I mentioned that this is a 2300€ PC basically because... my 1200€ laptop from 2018 can export perfectly some of the videos that completely crash this computer in a few minutes
I don't think I'm ever going to find a solution at this point but just wanted some guidance about what to do now, if upgrading any part of my computer could fix this issue (despite the fact that it worked well for over 2 years with more complex projects like a 90 minute movie being exported in 4K in the quality needed to be played in a Cinema screen) or if any of you have any idea of what happens on our computers when Adobe programs are exporting and what could be the issue if I need to replace a specific part of my computer that maybe is not working right if you had this problem in the past because I can't seem to find anything like my case online
Hope any of you can help me on this, thanks!

Been having these issues since last November. Adobe has given up on their users.
