My export is not working, any suggestions?

This is my first time using Premiere Pro and whenever I export my project it just creates a file that is corrupted. 

All source footage is from a GoPro Hero 7. 

My export settings are as follows:

 Sorry, I know there are a lot of posts on this subject but the posts I have read the suggestions do not work for me so far.

What do your mean  by corrupt.

Do you really need the Gopro framesize.

If not make the sequence setting as standard size such as 1920x1080 and export as such.

I am sorry to tell you this, but nobody (hardware-wise) supports hardware encoding at all with such a nonstandard resolution. Your GPU does not recognize such a resolution that's in between discrete standard sizes. You must either convert to a more standard resolution such as 1920x1080, or switch to software-only encoding.
