My interface freeze with Premiere Pro 2023

I work on a project with H.264 video, and my interface freezes like this :

I read a topic about the same problem with CC 2018. Should i work on a old version of Premiere Pro too ?

And I'm from the internal disk and the Premiere interface to hell. As it has not switched since 2020, it also works with brakes and glitches.
