All of a sudden, my mouse (coursor) in Premiere Pro became over sensitive. By this, I mean that when my timeline is zoomed out and I intend to cut with a razor tool, the mouse doesnt match it with the excact on the timeline. It is so sensitive that it goes frame by frame. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT?
