My playback screen is weird

Community Beginner ,

So I'm making a video and the first video I used as the intro made the playback screen smaller.

Sorry the screenshot being huge lol. Basically the guide lines are where the screen should be so is there a way to make it bigger? It's downgrading the image and video quality too which annoys me a bit.

The video I used for the intro is 480x854

Make a new sequence first. Most/many use HD sequences, so make a 1920x1080 sequence then when you drop the first item in, say 'keep settings' when it asks if you want to change it. Use the New Item button on the project tab to make a new sequence.

Nevermind just found the video to solve my problem, Just go to the sequence tab and click sequence settings. then change the frame size and frames per second
