My prem pro lost all its memory?

I have no idea what just happened but I opened prem pro today and nothing was showing in recent projects, all my SAVED PRESETS ARE GONE... G.O.N.E!!! I AM really pissed off right now. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!! How can I fix this. I opened premiere and it is as if I am opening it for the first time. Took me through training again.
